 Developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns, tracking contact database,
maintaining promotional materials inventory.
 Preparing marketing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing the data.
 Monitoring budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
 Assisted with managing & organizing the five-day Fashion photo shoot for our major client P&G
(carried out to obtain a bank of imagery for use in advertising & collateral creative), from casting of
the models to PPM meetings and on-site management at the shoot.
 Worked on stand branding, collateral and interactive elements for events, trade shows and
exhibitions.
 Monitor the development & production of brand & advertising collateral & merchandise produced by
agencies and third parties to ensure they adhere to the brand guidelines. Including verifying artwork
specifications for print, liaising in the procurement process to ensure that the most efficient suppliers
are selected and attending press passes if required.
 Ensuring the agency/other suppliers work to agreed timelines and delivery schedules.
 Create and administer the brand library and monitor brand financials.
 Involved in the development, launch & implementation of P&G’s new brand identity, internally &
across all communication channels i.e. the website, internal & point-of-sale collateral, BTL & ATL
advertising collateral & at all consumer-facing points.

 Mall Activations for P&G brands such as ( Head & Shoulders, Pantene, Ariel , Wella , Pampers ,Olay,

 Preparing closeout reports and sales reports for each client after each and every event that takes
