You need to plan, implement and control processes

Planning your deign and development
Determining inputs, controls, outputs and changes
You need to control externally provided processes,
products and services
Your product or service provision shall be controlled
Release of your products and services shall be planned,
verified and validated
Non-conforming outputs need to be controlled
7. Performance Evaluations
You need to determine what needs to be monitored and
measured and the methods for doing so
Customer satisfaction needs to be monitored
You need to analyse and evaluate data from your
monitoring and measurement activities.
Internal audits need to be carried out
Management reviews need to be carried out.
8. Improvement
Opportunities for improvement shall be determined
Non-conformities shall be dealt with appropriately
The root cause of non-conformities shall be identified
You must improve the suitability, adequacy and
effectiveness of QMS
