  3. 3. INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY The industrial property include patents, trademarks, designs and geographic indications of source.
  4. 4. COPYRIGHT Copyright is the term that shows the rights of the owners. This includes literary and artistic works. Copyright is important because respects the creators and rewards their ideas. Copyright lasts: Literary Works: Lifetime plus 50 more years. Films and sound recordings: 50 years.
