M.D.G. was formed in early 2011, It has grown and evolved in recent
years from our initial company, V.N.C Building Contractors. The
company was established in early 1995. The restructuring of the
company brand was due to the understanding that the company’s
success has grown, based upon our ability to produce consistently
high quality projects for our clients year after year. We provide
complete Construction solutions from the ground up as well as a
Maintenance service for complexes, private housing and estates.

9. RATES & HOURSConstruction
• Minor Alterations – No consultation fee , hourly rate & material
charge.
• Major Alterations – Hourly rate and materials are inclusive in the job
quotation.
Maintenance Service
• Smaller Jobs including small electrical, alterations etc. – R375.00
p/h – excluding materials.
• Larger jobs that include painting, alterations, frame/structure work
will be quoted on as a full job.
Office Hours
• 7am – 4:30pm - Monday – Friday
• (Saturdays by appointment only)
