Duties & Responsibilities:-
 Supervise and monitor various constructions activities related to above ground piping.
 Support sub-contractors for the erection of above ground piping spools and coordination with
drawings and materials availability.
 Fully appraise with following day’s work in advance and discuss any special requirements
with Area In charge.
 Coordinates with engineering and other department with regards to site modification and
technical query.
 Ensure safe and effective of piping construction activities with respect to the quality and
schedule.
 Follow-up and pushed sub-contractor for better progress in day to day activities including
precise keeping of records, paper works and filing.
 Prepare site instruction and review sub-contractors construction technical query (CTQ) before
forwarding to engineering.
 Review and sign RFI (Request for Inspection) of subcontractor for equipment which are ready
for client inspection.
 Prepare daily production report and attend weekly meeting with the project manager.
 Familiar with various codes and standards viz., ANSI, ASME, API, ASTM, etc.
 Ensuring the construction work are carried out to the required project
specification , Drawing & compliance to the specific ITP/MS/QC procedure.
 Coordinate between fabrication QA/QC and planning.

assignment area.

 Attending the meeting with management to aware about the project status and requirement
for system completion.
 Attending system and subsystem wise test pack and follow up its release for hydro test.

 Ensuring all fabrication is to approve drawings and all flanges/valves etc are correctly

inches of supports and joints and the remaining work front with the materials available.
