Within the frameworkof the Evidence-Based Healthcare School
project, a cycle of research and training conferences had to be
organized for otorhinolaryngologists on the topic of
“Interdisciplinary Approaches to Mordern Rhinosinusitis
Treatment and Prevention Standards.”
The number of people wishing to take part in the event increases year by year. We sta
with 100 people; the last project included 300 participants.
Comprehensive project organization: selection of a venue
for the conference; organization and support of the conference,
organization of catering, menu consideration; development of
promotion materials for the conference;
- coordination of participants, speakers, and sponsors;
- logisticsw of participants as well as transfers and accommodation;
- dinner organization for participants of the conference;- dinner organization for participants of the conference;
development of a theme-based formalization of the project;
The project is held 4 times per year.EVENTEAM has been an organizational partner
since the very first project. We work with all partners and doctors, receive application
accommodation and logistics, and develop the program and the materials. Organizati

HEPATITIS C VIRUS ELIMINATION
Organize a teleconference hookup with 6 cities.
Find locations for conferences in 6 cities.
Organize meals and a banquet with an entertainment program as
well as accommodation and transfers. Develop branding of the
event, promotional materials, decoration for the stage
and the hall according to the concept.
The event was bright, memorable, and interesting in terms
of a scientific program (2 foreign speakers as well as Ukrainian
opinion leaders participated in the event).
Conference materials were recorded to a flash drive and presented
to the participants. Also, an “HCV Elimination” video was shot.
The central venue for the event was NSC Olimpiyskiy (Kyiv, Ukraine).
In satellite cities, 4-5* business-format sites were selected,
on which we had previously held conferences with video
broadcasts and which had a proven quality of the Internet
connection. The logo of the event, promotional materials, photo
zones etc. were developed. They were all made using a single style,
with a key idea of the elimination of HCV.with a key idea of the elimination of HCV.
Other tasks that we solved included accommodation, food, logistics,
a banquet with an entertainment program (in each city, according to
individual scenarios and mechanics, and taking into account the
characteristics of the audience). In satellite cities, 2 accompanying
persons were responsible for residence, registration, service, and
entertainment apart from technical personnel. In the main city, the

Yachting under sail is a challenging, venturesome, and
exciting form of amusements that allowed managers to assess
the role of each employee, to identify and to overcome
communication issues, and to unlock the potential and the best
qualities of each team member. When you are part of a yacht flotilla,
you begin to understand that a cohesive team can do
much more than a few individual geniuses.much more than a few individual geniuses.
Many mechanics of teambuilding were considered,
but yachting on Klyiv Sea was chosen. Corporate yachting
is an effective way to create a strong business team
that is ready to bear responsibility for achieving a single goal.

16. Organization of a daytime entertainment program and an evening gala
dinner within the scope of celebrating the 15th anniversary of the company.
Development programs, booking, and coordination of performers; platform
creation, decoration, maintenance, and catering: a whole range from the
visualization of an idea to its implementation.
We have got the order for all next corporate events of this company.
The 10th anniversary party of SVIT MEBLIV Company was also organized
by our employees. The then daytime program was organized as a quest
focused on sports and extreme activities. This time, however, we simply
wanted to entertain the guests, to place them into an atmosphere of endless
festivities, raise bright emotions, and fill them with unforgettable impressions.
A very successful concept of “WORLDWIDE” was chosen.
The site for the event was divided into country locations: the USA, France,The site for the event was divided into country locations: the USA, France,
India, Jamaica, Brazil, and Japan. SM Airlines flight attendants checked in
the passengers and gave them passports, which gave virtual citizenships
to participants. Pilots took the participants to their home countries first and
then to all the other countries (around the world). Each country had specific
treats and entertainments, including its own carnival. The daytime program
slowly changed to the evening one. The Customerchose “The 95th Quarter”
as the hosts and Nikita band as the headliner. The evening was brightenedas the hosts and Nikita band as the headliner. The evening was brightened
up by a show ballet and "FLIRT” cover band.

BARCELONA - 2017-2019
Comprehensive organization of trips: obtaining visas, selection

coordination and accompaniment.
The hotel for the ORL-HNS 2017 project was chosen directly near
the congress venue. For ESG - 2017, a downtown hotel was chosen.
Before the projects, a check-tour was made, and hotels, restaurants,
routes were checked. The program turned out to be eventful and
interesting: sightseeing tours to the day and evening
Barcelona, visits to the Montjuïc fortress, the Spanish Village,
flamenco, a trip to Montserrat, Figueiras (Dalí's Theatre-Museum).flamenco, a trip to Montserrat, Figueiras (Dalí's Theatre-Museum).
The concept for the first group was Barcelona basketball and
football teams; for the second, a rock band and a road tour.

Development of a concept and an interactive program for every day
of the trip.
ROYAL FRANCE - 2017 was our most difficult and exciting project in 5 years.
Visiting Loire castles, Paris, manufacturing facilities in Germany + something
interesting... All of those had to be fit into 6 days. Initially, a route “Munich –
Paris (plane) – Loire Castles (car) – Nice – Monaco (plane)” was suggested.
However, the management decided to visit Strasburg.
Traveling by bus is not a simple test for participants; so we developed the
concept of “students,” activity and entertainment both on and after the bus.concept of “students,” activity and entertainment both on and after the bus.
Before the project, a check tour was held. The project was accompanied by 3
people.
The IFOS-2017 project “Paris – Loire Castles – Mont Saint Michel Abbey”
was less hasty.
This may seem a surprise, but we survived :)

that the impossible just takes a little longer)
This was our most memorable trip:
colorful, interesting, eventful, and clear.
The result was worth the half year spent on preparation.

Our first international project.
Employee awards. 150 people were divided into 3 groups of 50 people each;
9 destinations were considered.
The UAE was then at its popularity peak.
For financial reasons, a 3* hotel was chosen in the emirate of Umm al-Quwain.
A 3* hotel is still a 3* hotel. As organizers, we were far from
satisfied, but the travelers (company employees) liked it. But we
have decided that no matter how the Customer insists, it is better to
abandon the project altogether than to do it on an average level to fit
the budget.
