Why the Music Video is So relevant... • Gatsby and Daisy have such a “Bipolar” relationship • Gatsby is obsessed with her primarily because she represents the completion of this ultimate american dream and daisy is obsessed with herself and sometime s tom because she is very artificial • Our “Shed A tear” Parody of a Parody and therefore a remix and original is what represents gatsby’s overall mood/ tone for him and daisy’s relationship... • oh and there is kind of lots of crying in the book from daisy... and there should be some from the reader towards the end because it starts getting SO depressing.... with gatsby dying and daisy not even attending his funeral
