9. BPOINNOVA will be responsible for providing access to
users of the Microsiga ERP Management system and IT
Infrastructure; and
Implementation of the Microsiga Protheus system for the
accounting, tax, and finance (Accounts receivable and
payable) processes;
Preparation of the SLA (Service Level Agreement);
BPOINNOVA will be responsible for acquiring licenses for
use of the Microsiga ERP Management system;
BPOINNOVA will be responsible for training users in the
Microsiga ERP Management system in the modules to be
used to outsource these processes.
