Editor's Notes

  1. Left society to focus more on social factors life seen as successful based on how well we relate to others see the world from the client’s perspectic stemmed from own experience as a child
  2. - Goal alignment: both therapist and client are working towards the same thing in therapy. Similar goals.
  3. Conrad’s basic mistakes: My mother doesn’t love me. My mother has to forgive me so I may forgive myself.
  4. Useful vs. Unhelpful: belonging and being valued. Having healthy confidence and factors necessary for good relationships. Unhelpful involves being withdrawal and self absorption.
