Social Media delivers big returns to the bottom line if you have the right strategy in place. Moving into a business and identifying the areas of opportunity, developing a strategic plan and implementing it has been my area of specialisation for the past 7 years.
Most recently I've been working on re-engineering a Social Media strategy so that is can be scaled across a large Enterprise. Having commercial metrics of success are key to implementing this and moving from Socia Media to Social Business.
