of my coun-

I engage with the entire

MODI SAYS
 World is eager to
hear India’s narrative
and urged Indians not
to have a “slave men-
tality” when discuss-
ing their rich culture
and traditions.
 People questioned
the decision to give
away vaccines to
other countries dur-
ing the Covid-19 pan-
demic. The people
here asked me why I
gave vaccines to the
world. I want to say
that this is land of
Buddha, Gandhi. We
care even for our en-

wants to know what
India is thinking.
 All leaders and the

translocated from African
countries to Kuno within
2 months. Preliminary
investigations suggest
that the cause of death of
these cubs is extreme heat
and malnutrition. The last
remaining cub has been
rescued and shifted to hos-
pital for further treatment.
The forest dept further stated that the cubs’
frailty was likely a contributing factor, as they
had exhibited signs of weakness since its birth.

dict in the Rakbar Khan

day convicted 4 accused
and sentenced them to 7
years of imprisonment
and imposed a fine of
Rs 10,000 each on them.
The 5th accused, how-
ever, was acquitted on
account of benefit of
doubt.
In the case, Special
Public Prosecutor
Ashok Kumar Sharma
said that on July 20,
2018, Rakbar alias Ak-
bar, a resident of Kol-
gaon in Haryana, and
his accomplice Aslam
were taking a cow from
Lalawandi village in
Ramgarh at night. Sus-
pecting the cow being
smuggled, some people
surrounded them and
started beating them
up. Aslam escaped
while Rakbar was hand-
ed over to the police.

was reported at Angad

An attempt
was made to

epartment of
Post is one de-
partment whose
existence was be-
ginning to be
questioned by our genera-
tion given that the millen-
nial given the social media
revolution that has swept
away our tech-savvy youth!
But PM Modi completely
suffused the department
with life and energy and re-
vamped the department in
an unprecedented manner.
He infused so much tech-
nologyintheDepartmentof
Post that today it has trans-
formed totally and has got a
new lease of life. PM Modi
made banking reach the
doorstep of the common
man in rural areas through
the handheld device. We
have received feedback from
innumerable beneficiaries
who say that earlier they
had to commute 7 to 8 kms
in order to reach a big bank
whereas today they can
avail all the banking facili-
ties at home. Be it pension
money, or salary money, to-
day the postman visits the
homes of the beneficiaries
deep in the villages of India
to enable them to access
their money
. Today
, we have
around 6 crore bank ac-
counts in the India Post Pay-
ment Bank. Out of these, 4.5
crore bank accounts have
reached the doorsteps of the
beneficiaries. PM Modi in-
fused banking technology

Department of Post, but
also the lives of people!

When Modi visited Japan as CM…
n 2012, when
Modiji was the
CM, he em-
barked on this
historic visit to
Japan with a great delega-
tion accompanying him. It
was probably the first time
that the Chief Minister of
a state was visiting another
nation at such a high level.
It was a four-day visit in
which the CM visited 4
provinces and was part of
44 programs. One of those
days, we booked a bullet
train to reach Hamamatsu.
While all the delegates
were at the station, Modiji
stood there in an extreme-
ly sombre and observant
mood. He glanced through
the signboard, listened
carefully to the announce-
ments, looked at the digital
display for train sched-
ules, the dashboard, the
movement of people going
in and out of
trains; in fact, he
took in the minut-
est details of the
station while he
stood there be-
fore boarding the
train. Looking at
him, I ap-
proached him
with questions,
“Sir, why do you
appear to be so
overcome with
s e r i o u s n e s s ?
May I know
what are you ob-
serving so close-
ly?” He said “I
am looking at
the bullet train.
I am looking at the station.
I want this in my India.”
His dream of watching his
countrymen travel in bul-
let trains was born there.
We then boarded the bul-
let train and Modiji was
once again in his sombre,
observant mood. His entire
focus was on the technolo-
gy involved, the seats, the
doors, the systems running
it, the methods of the TC,
how the checking was be-
ing done — well, it was as
if our CM had taken a men-
tal note of every single bit
of the operations running
the bullet train in those
few moments!
At that time, Modiji pos-
sessed a smartphone and
he was absolutely adept at
its usage. He made all his
notes there as well. There-
fore, upgradation with su-
perior technology has al-
ways been Modiji’s passion
and his dream of bringing
the bullet train to India has
been a result of this pas-
sion!
In Hamamatsu, we had a
meeting with Mr Osamu
Suzuki, Chairman of Su-
zuki. Modiji expressed his
desire to visit the factory
where the cars were being
manufactured. Now this
was an intuitive decision
taken by Modiji. While we
were headed towards the
factory, I asked him “Sir,
why are we going there?”
He replied, “Japan is an
auto hub. All the cars are
manufactured here. Very
soon, it will be time for Vi-
brant Gujarat and we must
look at engaging with Ja-
pan in a big way
. The scope
is huge as India has a mar-
ket like none other in the
world. So, I just want to go
and see how cars are being
made in Japan!”
Our next destination
was Kobe. It is a huge port
in Japan and is one of the
most successful ports of
the country. During his
visit to this port, Modiji in-
sisted on visiting the main
bay area which was the hub
of all the activities. So we
hired a boat especially for
him, and do you know what
his words were while we
were in riding in the boat?
He said “You can take a
look at this port very close-
ly today. In the future, you
will see Dholera come up
better than this!” Till then,
not much work had been
done in the Dholera SIR
project, but Modiji’s Kobe
visit was to strengthen his
vision with respect to this
project and its planning!
Modiji is a true vision-
ary and to have him at the
helm of affairs of our
country is indeed a matter
of great pride for us!
TO BE CONTINUED...
I WHEN MODIJI POSSESSED A
SMARTPHONE, HE WAS
ABSOLUTELY ADEPT AT ITS
USAGE. HE MADE ALL HIS
NOTES THERE AS WELL.
THEREFORE, UPGRADATION
WITH SUPERIOR TECHNOLOGY
HAS ALWAYS BEEN MODIJI’S
PASSION AND HIS DREAM OF
BRINGING THE BULLET TRAIN
TO INDIA HAS BEEN A RESULT
OF THIS PASSION!

2NDFRONT
POSTAL REG NO. JPC/004/2022-24
First India Bureau
Jaipur: After a two
year long successful
stint, IAS Shakti Singh
Rathore has been
transferred from the
post of Managing Di-
rector of Rajasthan Fi-
nancial Corporation
(RFC) and has been
posted on a ‘sidelined
position’ of Joint Sec-
retary in Devasthan
Department. However
the responsibility of
MD in RFC has not
been handed to any of-
ficer by the DoP.
This 2010 batch pro-
motee IAS worked la-
boriously for two years
to improve the condi-
tion and direction of
RFC and has also
worked wonders in
face-lifting the Corpo-
ration. In his long ser-
vice record, Shakti
Singh has held several
important responsi-
bilities and his image
is that of a capable,
hard working and re-
sult oriented officer.
Shakti Singh held
the reins of RFC in
May 2021 and at that
time this institution
was going through a
bad phase as four MDs
had been changed in
two years. But Shakti
Singh, in his two year
long innings, made im-
mense efforts and due
to his administrative
capabilities, he created
a new record in RFC’s
history. In the financial
year 2022-23, the corpo-
ration gave a profit of
Rs 37 crore. This is the
highest profit ever in
the past 68- year histo-
ry of RFC and it would
not be wrong to say that
since its establishment
in 1955, RFC has wit-
nessed ‘Ache Din’ for
the first time.
RFC currently has a
portfolio size of about
Rs 7,00 crore with an
employee strength of
three hundred. The
Corporation has thir-
ty seven branches and
five sub-offices across
the state. It had huge
NPA and accumulated
losses over the years.
During Shakti Singh’s
period, he resolved
old and complicated
cases of outstanding
dues.
Thus, a total recov-
ery of Rs 570 crore ru-
pees was made in the
last two years, while,
NPAs and accumulat-
ed losses were also re-
duced substantially.
All DPCs were held
and all promotions
were done.
But the administra-
tive experts and even
the state bureaucracy
is puzzled as to why
has such an officer,
who has achieved such
a major feat, shown the
door out of RFC and no
one else has been post-
ed in his place in the
Corporation?
It is also important
to note that officials of
the 2010 batch IAS offic-
ers, of which Shakti
Singh is also a part, are
serving as the District
Collectors and on
prime posts as HODs.
But no one knows why
DoP has denied Shakti
Singh this position
even though he has a
powerful ‘claim’ to
such postings!

Jaipur: Chief Minister
Ashok Gehlot while ad-
dressing the function
organised after inaugu-
rating the newly con-
structed state-of-the-art
bus terminal at Central
Bus Stand, Sindhi
Camp, Jaipur, said, “
State govt is constantly
working towards im-
proving roadways. In
this sequence, the num-
ber of roadways buses
is being increased con-
tinuously. A grant of
about Rs 2,000 cr has
been given to roadways
by State govt,” Gehlot
said. On the occasion,
he announced 50 % con-
cession in fare of all
categories of roadways
buses for women pas-
sengers. CM gave RFID
smart cards to senior
citizens specially
abled for free travel in
roadways buses. He
gave appt letters to 3
people as compassion-
ate appointment on the
posts of Assistant Traf-

GEHLOT TO VISIT BARAN TODAY
CM TO LAY FOUNDATION STONE OF
NEW RAJASTHAN HOUSE ON MAY 27
Baran: Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot will be visiting
Baran on May 26. As per the schedule, the CM will
leave from Jaipur and reach Baran at 10 am. He will
then inspect the Menghai Rahat Camp and later will
take blessings of the Jain saints. After this, he will

Minister Pramod Jain Bhaya informed that the
Anjanshalaka Pratishtha Mahotsav ceremony of the
newly built Jain pilgrimage site in Baran will con-
clude on May 25 with the Pratishtha programme.
New Delhi: CM Ashok Gehlot will lay the foun-
dation stone of ‘New Rajasthan House’, the state
guest house of Govt of Rajasthan, to be built on
Prithviraj Road in New Delhi on May 27. For this,
Dhiraj Srivastava, Raj’s Resident Commissioner
in Delhi visited the venue and took stock of the
preparations and instructed officers.

PM had stopped the

that his credit could not
be given to the Con-
gress. This is his own
project which we are
taking forward. We kept
a budget of Rs 9,000
crore. We are taking his
work forward. Still they
are not declaring ERCP
as a national project.”
Gehlot further added,
“Firstly, there is only
one Jal Shakti Minister
who has no interest at
all. On whose advice
does the PM go? There
is no point in what he
said on ERCP in Dausa.
I want, if there is any
problem on ERCP, then
call all of us and talk.
Talk to Madhya
Pradesh, talk to Ra-
jasthan, find one or the
other solution. We
know that a meeting
was held here in 2005,
when the CMs of Ra-
jasthan and MP were
present. In that meet-
ing, approval was given
to MP to build a dam.”
Gehlot said that on
the basis of the agree-
ment made in the meet-
ing held in 2005, Mad-
hya Pradesh is working,
giving NOC to them,
you are building big
dams. “When it was our
turn, we were refused. I
think Madhya Pradesh
was deliberately made
to object. Ever since we
started working on this
scheme, they started ob-
jecting. I think the Jal
Shakti Minister must
have asked Madhya
Pradesh to object.
That’s why Madhya
Pradesh raised the is-
sue which should not
have been raised. This
is a scheme for drinking
and irrigation water,
how many people would
have benefited from it.”

MEET DUBAI'S PASSIONATE ENTREPRENEUR – KHUSLARAM SUTHAR
CITY FIRST
has long
b e e n
known as
a city of dreams and opportu-

viduals strive to make their
mark on the world. Among
these remarkable individuals
is Mr. Khuslaram Suthar, an
entrepreneur, and the proud
owner of a highly successful
interior design company in
the heart of Dubai – NOAF
INTERIORS. However, what
sets Kush apart from the rest
is not only his flair for creat-
ing stunning living spaces
but also his passion for col-
lecting and riding unique su-
perbikes that has captured
the attention of many
.
BorninBhaniyana,a small
village near Jaisalmer, Kush
was called by his father, Mr.
Jetharam Suthar, to Dubai for
studies, as his father had a job
in Dubai. Kush completed his
school in Dubai, watching his
father’s struggle in an Interi-
or design company

long years in Dubai with his

.
Kush always possessed an
inherent desire to transform
spaces into mesmerizing
works of art. The company's
portfolio includes a wide
range of luxurious residenc-
es, commercial spaces, and
hospitality establishments
that showcase Kush's unri-
valed talent and creativity
.
Beyond the world of inte-
rior design, Kush also nur-
tures an entirely dif-
ferent passion – the exhila-
rating world of SUPER-
BIKES ! His love affair with
these two-wheeled marvels
began at a very young age,
when he would gaze at post-
ers of legendary motorcycles
adorning his bedroom walls
and on the roads of Dubai.
As Kush grew older and
achieved success in his pro-
fessional life, he decided to
fulfill his childhood dream
by building a remarkable col-
lection of unique and high-
performance superbikes.
WalkingintoKush'sprivate

Kush's diverse tastes and ap-

. He
owns 5 Superbikes – Ducati

sports, BMW GS Adventure
1250, Triumph Rocket 3GT
and the latest is BMW
S1000RR. His ambition is to
collect at least 50 Superbikes
in the next 10 years !
Kush doesn't simply let his
superbikes gather dust in the
garage. Instead, he take to
the roads of Dubai and India,
embarking on thrilling jour-
neys that allow him to expe-
rience the true essence of
freedom and adventure. He
has been to the world’s high-
est motorable pass – Umling
La where a normal being
can’t stand for more than 5
minutes due to lack of oxy-
gen, Kush spent 15
minutes taking pictures of
the once in a lifetime experi-
ence in the middle of moun-
tains touching the Sky !
Whether it's traversing the
smooth highways of the
United Arab Emirates or con-
quering winding mountain
roads in India, Kush is al-
ways ready to embrace the
adrenaline rush that comes
with riding these extraordi-
nary machines.
He tore his Knee Ligament
at Pangong So Lake in India
during a ride, but this doesn’t
stop him to reach to Umling
La. However, Mr. Kush had to
undergo ligament surgery
after returning from the ride
in 2022. At present, he is gear-
ing up for his next adventure
of Riding to the mighty Mus-
tang Valley in Nepal from
Jaipur on his BMW 1250 GS
adventure superbike. This
ride is planned for June 2023.
What makes Kush's story
truly inspiring is his ability
to strike a perfect balance
between his professional
life and his passion for su-
perbikes.
Kush is a shining exam-
ple of how dedication,
creativity, and the relent-
less pursuit of one's pas-
sions can lead to extraor-
dinary achievements. His
success in the interior de-
sign industry has not only
allowed him to create capti-
vating living spaces but has
also opened doors to indulge
in his lifelong fascination
with superbikes.
He is also rooted and close-
ly associated with his com-
munity
. In his upcoming visit
to India in June, he has
planned to provide smart
computers to 10 students who
got 90% and above marks in
10th and 12th board exams
from his village and in Jais-
almer. He is already in talks
with government schools.
As Dubai continues to
thrive as a global hub for en-
trepreneurship, Kush stands
as a testament to the city's
spirit of innovation, ambi-
tion, and individuality.
Through his exceptional in-
terior design projects and his
unwavering pas-
sion for super-
bikes, Kush
embodies the
essence of the
Dubai dream –
a relentless
pursuit of ex-

THE NARRATORS SHARE WITH US HOW PM MODI HAS COMPLETELY REVAMPED SECTORS BY INFUSING TECHNOLOGY AND HOW MAKING DREAMS COME TRUE IS ELEMENTARY PRIME MINISTER! PRIME MINISTER NARENDRA MODI Tech Makeover for India Post HERECOMESTHE DIGITALPOSTMAN… HALLMARKS OF PM MODI epartment of Post is one de- partment whose existence was be- ginning to be questioned by our genera- tion given that the millen- nial given the social media revolution that has swept away our tech-savvy youth! But PM Modi completely suffused the department with life and energy and re- vamped the department in an unprecedented manner. He infused so much tech- nologyintheDepartmentof Post that today it has trans- formed totally and has got a new lease of life. PM Modi made banking reach the doorstep of the common man in rural areas through the handheld device. We have received feedback from innumerable beneficiaries who say that earlier they had to commute 7 to 8 kms in order to reach a big bank whereas today they can avail all the banking facili- ties at home. Be it pension money, or salary money, to- day the postman visits the homes of the beneficiaries deep in the villages of India to enable them to access their money . Today , we have around 6 crore bank ac- counts in the India Post Pay- ment Bank. Out of these, 4.5 crore bank accounts have reached the doorsteps of the beneficiaries. PM Modi in- fused banking technology intothevastnetworkof post not just transforming the Department of Post, but also the lives of people! D When Modi visited Japan as CM… n 2012, when Modiji was the CM, he em- barked on this historic visit to Japan with a great delega- tion accompanying him. It was probably the first time that the Chief Minister of a state was visiting another nation at such a high level. It was a four-day visit in which the CM visited 4 provinces and was part of 44 programs. One of those days, we booked a bullet train to reach Hamamatsu. While all the delegates were at the station, Modiji stood there in an extreme- ly sombre and observant mood. He glanced through the signboard, listened carefully to the announce- ments, looked at the digital display for train sched- ules, the dashboard, the movement of people going in and out of trains; in fact, he took in the minut- est details of the station while he stood there be- fore boarding the train. Looking at him, I ap- proached him with questions, “Sir, why do you appear to be so overcome with s e r i o u s n e s s ? May I know what are you ob- serving so close- ly?” He said “I am looking at the bullet train. I am looking at the station. I want this in my India.” His dream of watching his countrymen travel in bul- let trains was born there. We then boarded the bul- let train and Modiji was once again in his sombre, observant mood. His entire focus was on the technolo- gy involved, the seats, the doors, the systems running it, the methods of the TC, how the checking was be- ing done — well, it was as if our CM had taken a men- tal note of every single bit of the operations running the bullet train in those few moments! At that time, Modiji pos- sessed a smartphone and he was absolutely adept at its usage. He made all his notes there as well. There- fore, upgradation with su- perior technology has al- ways been Modiji’s passion and his dream of bringing the bullet train to India has been a result of this pas- sion! In Hamamatsu, we had a meeting with Mr Osamu Suzuki, Chairman of Su- zuki. Modiji expressed his desire to visit the factory where the cars were being manufactured. Now this was an intuitive decision taken by Modiji. While we were headed towards the factory, I asked him “Sir, why are we going there?” He replied, “Japan is an auto hub. All the cars are manufactured here. Very soon, it will be time for Vi- brant Gujarat and we must look at engaging with Ja- pan in a big way . The scope is huge as India has a mar- ket like none other in the world. So, I just want to go and see how cars are being made in Japan!” Our next destination was Kobe. It is a huge port in Japan and is one of the most successful ports of the country. During his visit to this port, Modiji in- sisted on visiting the main bay area which was the hub of all the activities. So we hired a boat especially for him, and do you know what his words were while we were in riding in the boat? He said “You can take a look at this port very close- ly today. In the future, you will see Dholera come up better than this!” Till then, not much work had been done in the Dholera SIR project, but Modiji’s Kobe visit was to strengthen his vision with respect to this project and its planning! Modiji is a true vision- ary and to have him at the helm of affairs of our country is indeed a matter of great pride for us! TO BE CONTINUED... I WHEN MODIJI POSSESSED A SMARTPHONE, HE WAS ABSOLUTELY ADEPT AT ITS USAGE. HE MADE ALL HIS NOTES THERE AS WELL. THEREFORE, UPGRADATION WITH SUPERIOR TECHNOLOGY HAS ALWAYS BEEN MODIJI’S PASSION AND HIS DREAM OF BRINGING THE BULLET TRAIN TO INDIA HAS BEEN A RESULT OF THIS PASSION! COMPILED AND EDITED BY SHASHIKANT SHARMA AND SHWETA SHARMA movement of people going in and out of trains; in fact, he took in the minut- est details of the station while he stood there be- fore boarding the train. The hearing in the defamation court was held on Thursday. The Delhi police submitted its investigation report, which was accepted by the court. Based on the report, the court will decide whether to issue sum- mons to Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on the complaint of defama- tion filed by the Union Minister. The decision of the court may come on the next hearing in this matter on June 1. It may be noted that during the last hearing, the court had directed the Joint Commission- er of Delhi Police to in- vestigate the matter and file a report. The court had directed the Delhi Police to investi- gate on three points. JPC/004/2022-24 First India Bureau Jaipur: After a two year long successful stint, IAS Shakti Singh Rathore has been transferred from the post of Managing Di- rector of Rajasthan Fi- nancial Corporation (RFC) and has been posted on a ‘sidelined position’ of Joint Sec- retary in Devasthan Department. However the responsibility of MD in RFC has not been handed to any of- ficer by the DoP. This 2010 batch pro- motee IAS worked la- boriously for two years to improve the condi- tion and direction of RFC and has also worked wonders in face-lifting the Corpo- ration. In his long ser- vice record, Shakti Singh has held several important responsi- bilities and his image is that of a capable, hard working and re- sult oriented officer. Shakti Singh held the reins of RFC in May 2021 and at that time this institution was going through a bad phase as four MDs had been changed in two years. But Shakti Singh, in his two year long innings, made im- mense efforts and due to his administrative capabilities, he created a new record in RFC’s history. In the financial year 2022-23, the corpo- ration gave a profit of Rs 37 crore. This is the highest profit ever in the past 68- year histo- ry of RFC and it would not be wrong to say that since its establishment in 1955, RFC has wit- nessed ‘Ache Din’ for the first time. RFC currently has a portfolio size of about Rs 7,00 crore with an employee strength of three hundred. The Corporation has thir- ty seven branches and five sub-offices across the state. It had huge NPA and accumulated losses over the years. During Shakti Singh’s period, he resolved old and complicated cases of outstanding dues. Thus, a total recov- ery of Rs 570 crore ru- pees was made in the last two years, while, NPAs and accumulat- ed losses were also re- duced substantially. All DPCs were held and all promotions were done. But the administra- tive experts and even the state bureaucracy is puzzled as to why has such an officer, who has achieved such a major feat, shown the door out of RFC and no one else has been post- ed in his place in the Corporation? It is also important to note that officials of the 2010 batch IAS offic- ers, of which Shakti Singh is also a part, are serving as the District Collectors and on prime posts as HODs. But no one knows why DoP has denied Shakti Singh this position even though he has a powerful ‘claim’ to such postings! Shivendra Parmar Jaipur: Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot while ad- dressing the function organised after inaugu- rating the newly con- structed state-of-the-art bus terminal at Central Bus Stand, Sindhi Camp, Jaipur, said, “ State govt is constantly working towards im- proving roadways. In this sequence, the num- ber of roadways buses is being increased con- tinuously. A grant of about Rs 2,000 cr has been given to roadways by State govt,” Gehlot said. On the occasion, he announced 50 % con- cession in fare of all categories of roadways buses for women pas- sengers. CM gave RFID smart cards to senior citizens specially abled for free travel in roadways buses. He gave appt letters to 3 people as compassion- ate appointment on the posts of Assistant Traf- fic Inspector and Junior Assistant. After this, he will visit the mass wedding ceremony of all religions taking place in the village Bamulia in Baran. Mining Minister Pramod Jain Bhaya informed that the Anjanshalaka Pratishtha Mahotsav ceremony of the newly built Jain pilgrimage site in Baran will con- clude on May 25 with the Pratishtha programme. New Delhi: CM Ashok Gehlot will lay the foun- dation stone of ‘New Rajasthan House’, the state guest house of Govt of Rajasthan, to be built on Prithviraj Road in New Delhi on May 27. For this, Dhiraj Srivastava, Raj’s Resident Commissioner in Delhi visited the venue and took stock of the preparations and instructed officers. From Page 1... PM had stopped the work of the refinery so that his credit could not be given to the Con- gress. This is his own project which we are taking forward. We kept a budget of Rs 9,000 crore. We are taking his work forward. Still they are not declaring ERCP as a national project.” Gehlot further added, “Firstly, there is only one Jal Shakti Minister who has no interest at all. On whose advice does the PM go? There is no point in what he said on ERCP in Dausa. I want, if there is any problem on ERCP, then call all of us and talk. Talk to Madhya Pradesh, talk to Ra- jasthan, find one or the other solution. We know that a meeting was held here in 2005, when the CMs of Ra- jasthan and MP were present. In that meet- ing, approval was given to MP to build a dam.” Gehlot said that on the basis of the agree- ment made in the meet- ing held in 2005, Mad- hya Pradesh is working, giving NOC to them, you are building big dams. “When it was our turn, we were refused. I think Madhya Pradesh was deliberately made to object. Ever since we started working on this scheme, they started ob- jecting. I think the Jal Shakti Minister must have asked Madhya Pradesh to object. That’s why Madhya Pradesh raised the is- sue which should not have been raised. This is a scheme for drinking and irrigation water, how many people would have benefited from it.” MPwaspurposelymade toobjecttoERCP:CM
