 For over 30 years, First Texas Homes, Inc., has drawn from over 45
years of family experience in the house building sector to provide
residents of Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston with quality properties. An
Energy Star-certified company, First Texas Homes announced that all
First Texas, Harwood, and Gallery Custom homes contracted after
January 1st would include a safe as a standard feature.
After much consideration, the company chose the Browning HS-1 home
safe for the project. Made with 10-gauge steel, it measures 9.5 inches
high by 14.5 inches wide and has a depth of 11 inches. It features
strategic bolt points and a recessed door, which makes safe prying more
difficult.
Delivered, installed, and bolted down as part of the contract, each safe
also comes with a two-year maintenance and service plan. Ideal for
storing sensitive documents, prescription medications, firearms, and
valuables, the Browning HS-1 safes add an extra layer of security to the
properties built by First Texas Homes.
