It is my honour to recommend Frances MacDonald for a position within your
organization. Frances is a model associate and throughout our working relationship at the
Sheraton Wall Centre Hotel and Westin Wall Centre Hotel she has always performed at
an exemplary level.
Throughout her journey with the Wall Centre Hotels Frances has displayed grace,
flexibility, toughness and a strong work ethic. As our Chief Concierge Frances set-up a
brand new concierge program for our 733 room downtown conference hotel property,
working 60 plus hours a week Frances tireless overcame numerous daunting challenges
and never once succumb to negativity. As our first Catering Sales Manager Frances never
gave up even though she was learning an entire new skill set. Within 6 short months
Frances was able to become a very effective closer.
No matter what the hardship Frances brings positivity to her environment. Paired
with a strong desire to meet new people Frances is able to quickly create a connection
with anyone, making her a valuable asset in the hospitality field. I am proud to have been
both her supervisor and her teammate.
