Battlefield Vehicle Forensic Technician (BVFT), 04/2008 to 06/2015
Data Solutions and Technology (DST), National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC)
Plans, coordinates, manage and review all actions pertaining to Battlefield Vehicle Forensics (BVF),
providing numerous Intelligence agencies with detailed data and analysis. Provides monthly coordination with
multiple inter-agencies at Department of the Army and United States Marine Corp depots, which ultimately,
provides invaluable force protection to our fighting forces. Inspects battle damage equipment and catalogs the
damage to unite intelligence, logistics and Research & Development (R&D) assessments.
Key Accomplishments:
Inspected and cataloged over 4,000 combat and combat support vehicles at 7 depots locations.

Responsible for leading and training four BVF Teams in BVF operations, prior to deployment, to Iraq and
Afghanistan.
Planned, developed, coordinated and flawlessly executed the first ever BVF Course. Trained 25 Ground
Intelligence Detachment Soldiers and other NGIC personnel.
Developed and managed innovative standard operating procedures (SOPs) for BVF Operations, currently
used by Military personnel and Government Employees. Standards are now being incorporated into Military
course curriculums.
Develops, review, test and suggest recommendations to NGIC and Threat Coordinating Group (TCG)
partners concerning implementations of new and additional tactics, techniques, procedures and equipment.
Assisted in the development of software programs and worked with key stakeholders, to ensure software was
implemented in the DOD Testing and Evaluation procedures and future operations.
Provided invaluable data to senior executives at NGIC for Capital Hill briefings.
Ground Safety Liaison / Accident Investigator, 12/2005 to 02/2008
