Marguerita is the Managing Director of Personal-Assistant-Tips.com, a resource website for PAs in London.
She currently writes and delivers training workshops for international Executive PAs. Marguerita is also an
APA (Association of Personal Assistants) recommended PA Consultant Mentor. As a former PA with over 25
years’ experience, Marguerita brings a wealth of experience to Executive PA training and the PA mentoring
relationship. Her mentoring provides encouragement, moral support, expertise and confidence in PAs and
empowers them with the capacity to handle multi-faceted corporate situations and assist in executive decision
making.
Her vast experience at providing information and resources for PAs has led her to write three PA training
courses: 1) “Executive PA Masterclass”; 2) “Strategies For Advancing Your Career As An EA”; and 3) “Event
Management Strategies For High-Achieving EAs”—courses which help to raise the profile of modern PAs and
position them as the managers they are.

Mike is a Psychologist and Facilitator, and has worked on many training programmes ranging from Personal
Effectiveness, Change Management, Stress Management, Time Management, dealing with Change as an
ongoing constant, personal attitude to work and life, and Specialised Team Building. Mike qualified as a
licensed LIFO® (Life Orientation Strength Management System) user in 1994 and has used the instrument in
over 1500 evaluations ranging from Team-Building, Time Management and Stress Management workshops to
executive development assessments and selection processes.
Mike has pioneered Dolphin Assisted Therapy in Mozambique. The focus of this work is using the experience
of snorkelling with wild dolphins in open water and powerful workshops to enhance and facilitate positive
ongoing change.
He is an associate of both Business Made Simple and the IziCwe Academy. Mike has worked in over 90 companies
in South Africa, Africa and Mauritius, and is an international Speaker and Facilitator and Motivational Speaker.
Liesl Gini
Liesl Gini is an international facilitator, executive coach, trainer and management consultant with more than 20
years’ experience in growth and development work. She draws on her rich and varied background of business
management, leadership development, the arts, counseling, meditation and transpersonal psychology to
develop individuals and teams in organisations. She has worked in 18 countries and is currently completing
her Ph.D with the University of Sedona.
Dr. Denise Björkman
Vice President - S.A. Council of Coaches and Mentors
Dr. Denise Björkman is an executive coach having brought coaching into the country in 1988 as a formalised
profession. She is Vice President of the S.A. Council of Coaches and Mentors, the official accrediting, registration
and professional standard regulating body for professional Coaches and Mentors in Sub Saharan Africa. This
body represents coaches and mentors at five membership levels throughout the country.
Dr. Morne Mostert
Director - Leadership Options Consulting
Dr. Morne Mostert is the founding Director of Leadership at Leadership Options, a specialist leadership,
psychometrics and HR consultancy with offices in Johannesburg and Cape Town. His work in Leadership
centers on the development of Relational and Cognitive competence.He is an internationally experienced
consultant and facilitator in Executive & team Coaching, Leadership & Management Development, Systems
Thinking & Design Thinking, Creative Thinking, EQ, Decision making, Problem solving, HR, Performance and
Change Management, with a specific bias for talent & customer engagement & service, as well as Organisational
Learning.
He has over 16 years of experience in this field. He is the South African Ambassador to the International World
Leadership Day. He is a guest Adjudicator for the Technology Top 100 Awards, the leading technology awards
programme in Africa and was previously the founding head of the School of Leadership at Discovery (a leading
multinational HMO), and Head of Management Development at IDCS. He is the founding Executive Head of
Development for BIPSA (Black Insurance Professionals of Southern Africa) and serves on the Academic Council
of the Da Vinci Institute,(a leading private university for leadership development).
His Ph.D. research developed an innovative approach to leadership development known as SLL Theory
(Systemic Leadership Learning), which has made him a respected thought-leader in his field. The book on his
thesis appeared in April 2012.. Among others, he is a winner of the Council Award for his research in the field
of leadership development and is a registered professional with S.A.C.E.He is a regular speaker at conferences
on Leadership and Systems Thinking.
