With a Master’s in Sports & Exercise Science, I worked in the fitness business for 10 years, starting at operational level in 2003 as a strength training intern, I have also worked in physical testing, cardiac rehabilitation and personal training. I published some scientific articles and I studied some epidemic issues, but my focus was on Sport and Exercise benefits in aging. Nowadays I am working in an European Project named CATCH (Cancer: Activating Technology for Connected Health) project. CATCH has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie grant agreement.
