Senior Management Analyst for Human Resources and management requirements of the Messaging
Systems Office (MSO) and the Information Resource Management (IRM) Bureau at the US Department of
State. Currently work with the Management Analysis Staff in MSO and senior management in IRM to
develop, document and certify through the Human Resources Office (HR) the full lifecycle of requirements for
establishment of new staffing, major reorganizations and realignments of various organizations, relocation
