12000 Asian Elephants, their behavior and adaptation to control measures, in a

Mr. George Eapen, Executive Director of Fenzgard, has 15 years Field
experience, in the Design and erection of Solar powered Electric fences, for the
mitigation of Man-Animal conflict and Intrusion Control. He has been a Resource
Person to the Tamil Nadu State Wildlife Stakeholder’s Meet, in 2002 and 2003,
on Safety Issues related to Conflict Containment Technique and has conducted
Training sessions for Field Staff of the Tamilnadu Forest Department, under the
aegis of WWF-India / US Fish & Wildlife Services, in 2005.
With a back-ground of Applied Sciences, he has innovated in many other Green
Field ventures, leading to being conferred the L-RAMP Award of Appreciation -
2005. He has received Royalty for the development of Multi-wire clamps used in
Electric fences, from 1999 to 2006.
His innovative design of the Offset® Electric Fence has received Design
Registration from the Patents Office in India.
