Delete/Remove Duplicate GMB Listings
Having multiple listings for your business address WILL hurt your
rankings. We make sure to check for duplicates and work with you &
Google to remove these.
Audit Business Info
Your brand name & info needs to be consistent across the web. Your
website and other website like social media and directory listing
platforms, need to display the correct business name and other business
info.. We start here with entering the correct business info on your GMB
listing. You may be doing to this wrong.
Create & Verify GMB Listing
If your business does not already have a GMB listing. We will create &
claim one for you. This would require a postcard to be sent to your
business address. Once claimed, we will transfer ownership over to you.
Setup Local Keyword Tracking
Setting up and optimizing your GMB is where every SEO campaign should
begin. There are many factors to rankings, such as how competitive a
niche is. We don't guarantee rankings with this service, but we do
guarantee best practices. However, it is nice to keep an eye on rankings to
see if there are any changes.

Our competitor research will help us determine how and why other

Select Proper GMB Categories
This is one of the most important tasks that we perform on your GMB
listing. We select the proper categories based on your niche, services and
competitor research. Proper category selection can increase your search
visibility by over 75%.
Include Service Areas
By adding specific zip codes, towns, cities, and counties we can let Google
know exactly where you service your clients. Both GMB’s with hidden
addresses and visible addresses can include this info to Google.
Add Services & Descriptions
Google provides a section on your GMB listing that displays all of your
services. These services and descriptions are visible to visitors and helps
build trust and authority with your listing. Which can result in higher
rankings and traffic.
Add Business Description
When people search for your brand online you want to be able to explain
to them exactly who you are and what your business provides. This is
another crucial step in optimizing your GMB listing. We will write a unique
& optimized business description for your business and publish it to your
GMB listing. This GMB description is limited to 750 characters, so we have
to make sure we use it wisely.

Add Optimized Photos
No GMB listing is complete without photos. We gather and optimize your
photo files with business data such as: name, address, phone #, website
URL, GPS data and contact info.
Record & Take Screenshots Of Traffic

We go through all data insights that Google provides us within your GMB
and record this data within a shared spreadsheet or dashboard.
Review Responses (Up to 10)
Responding to reviews is highly recommended, especially in more
competitive niches. Not only do customers like to feel appreciated for their
reviews, but it is also a huge trust signal to Google. Using all features that
GMB provides is crucial and responding to reviews does much more than
just increase rankings. We will provide you responses for up to 10 reviews.
Write & Optimize GMB Website Content
We will write 750 - 1000 words of unique content describing your business
and services. All content includes a strong sales copy format. We like to
walk visitors down a path from introduction to call to action. Our format
includes the following sections: introduction, benefits, fear of loss,
solutions, testimonials, services, and a call to action.
We also make sure to optimize this content with your main keywords,
GMB category mentions. Your content will also link out to other social &
directory listing to build trust and relevance with Google.
Create GMB Website
Your GMB listing allows the option to create and optimize a website within
the listing. By using this website feature, we are able to feed Google more
data about your business. The more data the better. Your GMB website
will include the following: header, GMB posts, services & descriptions,

Insights work?

Total views refers to how many times a user
sees the business listing. Views are spread
across Google Search and Google Maps.
Views
A direct search refers to a search using your
business name or address. Impressions from
a discovery search refer to generic searches
like “restaurant near me” or “dress shop open
now”.
Searches
Activity insights show what matters most…
which is how searchers are engaging with
your listing. This data show us direction
requests, website visits, calls, & photo views.

What are Google My Business Insights?
GMB Insights focus on how customers find your listing on Search and Maps, and
what they do after they find it. This data includes information like:

Google My Business insights are also displayed in graphs. This allows you
to check your activity over the course of a week, month, and quarter. We
will go over what these insights mean After all, we are optimizing your
listing to see growth in these graphs.

The first thing you’ll see on the Insights dashboard is
how customers are finding your listing on Google.
You can set this to view 1 week, 1 month or 1
quarter.
Direct searches are people who have found your
business listing by searching your name or location
directly.
Discovery searches are searches where people have
found your listing through organic keywords or
categories relating to your business.
Branded searches come from search queries about
a brand that is directly related to your business and
happens to stumble upon your listing.

This section gives you an inside look at your listing’s
presence on Google Search and Google Maps. This
helps you better understand how customers are
finding your listing, whether it’s through search or
maps.
Businesses that have foot traffic, like a shop,
restaurant or a hotel could have higher Maps results
here than in Search if people are often looking for
directions to the location.
Keep in mind: when both boxes are checked, this
graph is cumulative. Hover over the graph to see the
unique stats between Search and Maps.

This is a great tool for your Google My Business to
better understand where traffic is coming from. You
can monitor website visitors, direction requests,
phone calls and chats made directly from your GMB
listing.
This also gives you an idea of the performance level
of your GMB efforts overall. If you have low website

creating more posts or updating photos to entice
customers to explore your website.

We make sure to check for duplicates and work with you & Google to remove these. Audit Business Info Your brand name & info needs to be consistent across the web. Your website and other website like social media and directory listing platforms, need to display the correct business name and other business info.. We start here with entering the correct business info on your GMB listing. You may be doing to this wrong. Create & Verify GMB Listing If your business does not already have a GMB listing. We will create & claim one for you. This would require a postcard to be sent to your business address. Once claimed, we will transfer ownership over to you. Setup Local Keyword Tracking Setting up and optimizing your GMB is where every SEO campaign should begin. There are many factors to rankings, such as how competitive a niche is.   • 12. 12 Total views refers to how many times a user sees the business listing. Views are spread across Google Search and Google Maps. Views A direct search refers to a search using your business name or address. Impressions from a discovery search refer to generic searches like “restaurant near me” or “dress shop open now”. Searches Activity insights show what matters most… which is how searchers are engaging with your listing. This data show us direction requests, website visits, calls, & photo views. Activity What are Google My Business Insights? GMB Insights focus on how customers find your listing on Search and Maps, and what they do after they find it. This data includes information like:
  • 13. 13 GMB Insights Graphs Google My Business insights are also displayed in graphs. This allows you to check your activity over the course of a week, month, and quarter. We will go over what these insights mean After all, we are optimizing your listing to see growth in these graphs.
  • 14. 14 The first thing you’ll see on the Insights dashboard is how customers are finding your listing on Google. You can set this to view 1 week, 1 month or 1 quarter. Direct searches are people who have found your business listing by searching your name or location directly. Discovery searches are searches where people have found your listing through organic keywords or categories relating to your business. Branded searches come from search queries about a brand that is directly related to your business and happens to stumble upon your listing. How Customers Search For Your Business
  • 15. 15 This section gives you an inside look at your listing’s presence on Google Search and Google Maps. This helps you better understand how customers are finding your listing, whether it’s through search or maps. Businesses that have foot traffic, like a shop, restaurant or a hotel could have higher Maps results here than in Search if people are often looking for directions to the location. Keep in mind: when both boxes are checked, this graph is cumulative. Hover over the graph to see the unique stats between Search and Maps. Where Customers View Your Business On Google
  • 16. 16 This is a great tool for your Google My Business to better understand where traffic is coming from. You can monitor website visitors, direction requests, phone calls and chats made directly from your GMB listing. This also gives you an idea of the performance level of your GMB efforts overall. If you have low website traffic funneling in from your listing, consider creating more posts or updating photos to entice customers to explore your website. Customer Actions
