 Trained, mentored and led 40 Soldiers through a diverse range of missions and
training focusing on combat support and garrison Law Enforcement .
 Coached 3 junior Sergeants to promotion through leadership, technical and tactical
skills development.
 Implemented accountability and maintance plans that allowed the Platoon Leader
better visibility, accountability and functionality of over $3.5M of equipment.
 Advised supervisors on the proper utilization of their Military Police platoon that

 Coordinated training for 125 Soldiers ranging from basic combat skills to Sexual

of HAZMAT preparation and documentation, as well as material preparation and aircraft

to deploy to earthquake stricken Haiti resulting in the logistical needs of the relief effort
were in place.
