 Trained, mentored and led 40 Soldiers through a diverse range of missions and
training focusing on combat support and garrison Law Enforcement .
 Coached 3 junior Sergeants to promotion through leadership, technical and tactical
skills development.
 Implemented accountability and maintance plans that allowed the Platoon Leader
better visibility, accountability and functionality of over $3.5M of equipment.

 Assisted the direction of preparing over 150 pieces of equipment for over 3K Soldiers
to deploy to earthquake stricken Haiti resulting in the logistical needs of the relief effort
were in place.
US Army Squad Leader Fort Bragg, North Carolina 2001-2008
 Supervised and led squads consisting of 12 Soldiers in both garrison Law
Enforcement and combat operations over an 8 year period with no loss of life or
debilitating injury.
 Managed over 150K rounds of training and operational ammunition to support the
training and mission execution of over 150 Soldiers.

adapted by 4 other Military Police companies during combat operations.
