For doing the group work was chosen old-aged pensioner’s home in Haxtanak village.

1. Group work with elderly Occupational therapy work in- pediatrics, neurology, psychiatry, orthopedic, in mental health care persons, with street children and also with older people.

2. For doing the group work was chosen old-aged pensioner’s home in Haxtanak village.

3. Was chosen 7 olds whose physical abilities can be improved. The group was the open and small group. The group members were 58-72 years old. The constant staff was 6 women and one man.

4. The OPI of 7 olds is physical dysfunction - go upstairs and downstairs, stoop, do range of motion and do daily activities.

5. Intervention plan During 7 weeks elders need to do the physical exercises for making better their functional mobility.

52. The result After the intervention the clients have the improvement of functional condition ( they were more actively, did daily activities easily, they went upstairs and downstairs with less difficulties, etc. The intervention except of improving of functional condition of clients, provided alternative occupation for the clients, it became the part of their daily life.
