4. Pilot Test System Proposal
 Computer system is located in guard
house
 NRIC barcode reader and Tag reader
are used to link visitor info with
tracking tag
 Tracking computer is used to display
the real time visitor position
 A database server to keep record on:
 Visitor particular with tag ID
 Visitor traveling path
 Visitor working zone etc
 SMS modem is used to send out
alert/warning to visitor inside PUB
premises
 A local alarm to alert guard to pay
attention on the visitor activities

At Guard House
 Issue pass to visitor
 Pass ID is tagged with visitor NRIC (use bar code reader)
 Assigned defined traveling zone
During traveling from guard house to destination
 Visitor position and time will always logged into the database
 Visitor position is real time monitored by system
 Alert will be send out if visitor is breaching the defined rule
 Out from defined zone
 Visitor traveling time etc
At the destination
 The exit time is logged into database

7. Within Defined Zone
While vehicle is traveling within the defined traveling zone:
• The vehicle’s position zone and time is logged into database
• The vehicle must exit at the defined exit zone within a defined duration
•Used for speed control – no over speeding within the PUB premises

8. Out From Defined Zone
While vehicle is travel out from the defined zone
•Alarm will be turn on to alert guard, guard will call the driver to guide the driver
back to track

9. Stopping At Defined Zone
While vehicle is stopped and visitor aligned at the defined zone
•Alarm will be turn on to alert guard, guard will take immediate action to call the visitor

 assigned a mobile zone reader to the visitor leader/supervisor

 The visitors must always stay within the mobile zone.

 A warning alert will send out to the guard and visitor leader
