Coat & Heat Seal (Kiss & Mayer Bar Coating) as a Sr. Operator from June 2014 to till
date. (2 Year & 2 Month)
 Worked with MAX SPECIALITY FILMS LTD. (MSFL) from January 2003 to May 2014
in the field of film with Lamination and paper coatings using roller and blade coating, Screen
Printing machines as a coating Sr .operator. (11 Year & 6 Month)
• One year working experience in Philips as a Fitter.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
 Knowledge of various polymer coatings like Acrylic coatings, PU coatings (Using
Rotogravures, Knife coatings & Screen printing etc.)
 Responsible for blade gap setting in all the four stages of imported coating machines of
COS.TA and MATEX blade (knife) coaters of ITALY.
 Responsible for final paper inspection and product inspection.
 Knowledge and experience in field of thin coatings using Rotogravure machines
(coatings specially done on various kinds of films like polyester and BOPP etc.)
 Knowledge of Paper film lamination process.

2.  Knowledge of Screen Printing.
 Responsibility of Chamber Blade setting.( Solvent as well as water based system)
 Responsibility blade gap with Gravure setting for Kiss Coating on Alox Top Coat for
Barrier application in retort and lamination. (GERMANY, SAM SUNGAN PAGENDARM).
 Responsibility of Mayer Bar coating used for thin and thick film for solvent based
system.
 Handling of manpower & responsible for overall shift.
 Familiar with all the safety issues in plants and manage it.
 Maintained 5S System in routine at plant and workshop areas.
 Documentation of ISO14001:2004 (EMS), ISO 22000:2005(FSMS), ISO 18001:2007,
ISO9001:2008 (QMS)
 Knowledge of SAP.
 Making daily & Monthly Production reports.
