I have worked in all areas of the value chain within the petro-chemical industry (from ‘upstream’ exploration to ‘downstream’ production and marketing) in various Human Resources roles. My career at Sasol includes a three year assignment in Qatar in the Middle-East and three years in the Sasol Group COE for Talent Management, shaping Sasol's strategic workforce planning and talent sourcing architecture.
