Performance Monitoring  Our staffing process doesn’t stop once a candidate has been placed.   • 15.  Conduct pre-screening interview for the candidates before sending the profile to clients.  Making follow ups to the candidate up to the joining formalities.  Self-targeting to work for getting more clients and more candidates.  Finding new clients and Kick-off meeting with clients.  Sending candidates details to the clients for arranging interview.  Making offer letter, hike letter, relieving letter to the resources.  Sending feedback to team members about candidate details on daily basis or weekly basis. “Getting suggestions from team members and Mandatory weekly meeting with team members”
