Geographic Location: Jordan is located at the junction of Europe, Asia and Africa with an area of 89.348 thousand km2 with nature varies between Vostha plateaus, mountains, and northern plains of the desert which stretches east towards Iraq and Saudi Arabia, while Jordan River flowing through the Jordan Valley-fertile borders of West Jordan-into the Dead Sea, this body of water which is at the lowest spot in the world, with a depth of 400 m below sea level. Further south, there is the port of Aqaba, which provides an outlet to the Red Sea. Climate: Dry weather prevails Jordan moderate temperatures with a range of 7 to 10 degrees Celsius in the winter during the month of January in Amman, and 23 to 27 degrees Celsius during the month of June. Increase awareness of the concept of Green Building in Jordan by holding workshops and seminars:  Work within the Jordan green building guide.  Activate the building codes that contribute to strengthening the role of environmentally-friendly green building in the public life of citizens.  qualifying engineers and engineering offices on the application of thermal insulation codes in construction to reduce the financial burden on citizens.  Work to establish the concept of green building saving energy.  Identify the culture of green building to the school students, and raise awareness of Jordanian universities students to the concept of sustainable development.
