schedules, material/equipment delivery plan, installation & commissioning programs, quality plans; finalize internal
procurement schedule and engage procurement division to deliver materials/equipment at site as per delivery plan, lead
project team to deliver construction packages as per plan, interface with customer on project progress and status, expedite
customer-end deliverables, manage handover protocol, liaise with consultants for project approval, and oversee technical &
commercial closeout

 Establish and communicate business vision and objectives to leadership teams
 Formulate annual business plan in line with long term business plan of the company, and set targets

systems range include Audio/Visual Systems, Lighting, UPS, MATV/CATV, Fire Alarm/Fire Fighting systems, BMS, Security
Systems, Nurse Call System, etc.
Role: Head of the Department
 Manage a product portfolio of A/V systems, MATV, CCTV, and Satellite Systems
 Lead & manage a team in design, installation, testing, commissioning & maintenance of aforesaid systems
 Technically evaluate customer requirements and an finalize product specs with OEMs
 Work with OEMs, consultants, clients and execution team in establishing layout design and installation & commissioning
