business,
Hamilton
Honda
recently
hosted
a
luncheon
for
its
entire
staff.
Team
members
from
sales,
service,
support
and
finance
enjoyed
an
on-‐site
barbecue,
including
chicken,
ribs,
corn
and
a
variety
of
salads.

Mike
Saporito
and
former
New
York
Giants
legend
Jessie
Armstead
gave
the
staff
a
warm
welcome
followed
by
a
congratulatory
speech.
In
addition
to
the
Hamilton
Honda
staff,
local
representatives
from
American
Honda
joined
the
festivities,
including
Zone
Manager
Sam
Dolente,
District
Manager
Tom
Sterling
and
District
Parts
and
Service
Manager
Andy
McGowen.
The
President’s
Award
is
presented
annually
to
only
the
top
15
percent
of
Honda
dealerships
nationwide.
It
is
the
most
coveted
honor
that
the
manufacturer
can
grant
to
its
dealerships
and
is
awarded
to
“top-‐performing
dealerships
in
the
area
of
sales,
customer
treatment,
training,
business
management,
service
retention
and
facilities,”
according
to
Honda.
As
required,
all
of
Hamilton’s
sales
associates
are
current
on
their
Honda
product
and
process
tests.
Additionally,
the
dealership
received
a
customer
service
index
score
above
the
district
average
and
was
profitable
for
year.
Hamilton
Honda
had
a
monumental
2013,
finishing
the
year
as
the
16th-‐ranked
Honda
dealer
in
the
U.S.
after
selling
4,200
new
Honda
vehicles.
Additionally,
the
dealership
sold
532
vehicles
in
August
and
set
an
all-‐time
district
record.
It
also
marked
the
first
time
a
dealership
in
that
district
sold
over
500
vehicles.
