This document outlines plans for a new community center for the IABAT community. It discusses purchasing land for the project and having the site plans approved. It provides funding targets including $1.2 million budget with $300k expected from outside donations, $500k from Qarz Hasana, and $300k from in-house donations over the first few years. It asks the community to support the project through donations to enable starting construction as soon as site plan approval is received. Progress will be regularly reported at town hall meetings.
