- 2. REASON 1: HIRING TOO QUICKLY You may stop by the conference room for a quick hello with each candidate, and let your office manager handle the interview itself. This is a problem.
- 3. LACK OF HIRING PROCESS The hiring process should be a collaborative effort between you, your office manager and other senior members of your staff. You don't want to set your employee up for failure. This costs you time and money.
- 4. REASON 2: STAFF NOT BEEN TRAINED PROPERLY Some practices consider in-depth training an unnecessary expense and expect new employees to learn on the job from supervisors and other employees.
