2. Our Mission
Black Coaches Canada is a mission focused
organization, dedicated to empowering,
supporting & connecting black people within
the sports community in Canada and abroad by
elevating our stature.
Our team is committed to working for the
common good and what's right for the
underrepresented through promotion,
awareness, tackling barriers and representation
within sports.
Whether you are directly involved in sport or
aspiring to partake, we want to ensure the
interests of our beneficiaries are at the
forefront by insisting on fair, safe & equitable
opportunities.
This is a legacy of sustainable change for all
levels of sport in the present and the
foreseeable future. By building trust, sharing,
improving & implementing changes while
cultivating a culture of learning and celebrating
achievements together as one we can reach
our destination.
