Due to his career as a researcher, Dr. Cervantes has been

lecturer with desirable profile by the Undersecretariat for
Higher Education, General Management of University

ROSALES
Since 2018, Jonathan Rosales has been a Research
Professor at Autonomous University of Guadalajara.
His research interests include brain-inspired cognitive
architectures for artificial intelligence, artificial
emotional systems, and virtual reality.
Due to his career as a researcher, Dr. Rosales has been
distinguished by the Mexican Council of Science and
Technology (CONACYT) as a member of the national
system of researchers (from 2018 to today). Also, Dr.
Rosales has been a finalist in the state prize for
innovation, science and technology of Jalisco 2018 in
the science category. He is currently a member of the
research committee at the UAG and is part of the
postgraduate courses in computer science.

ROBLES
Research Professor and Head of the Cognitive
Neuroscience Lab at the North University Center,
University of Guadalajara, Mexico. Visiting Scholar of the
Brain Circuits Lab at the University of California, Irvine,
from 2016-2018. His research interests include the
neurobiological basis of language processing and
the neurocomputational modeling of prefrontal cortex
circuits.
During his career, Dr. Robles has been distinguished by the
Mexican Council of Science and Technology (CONACYT) as a
member of the National System of Researchers (since 2011). Dr.
Robles has also been awarded as professor with desirable
profile by the Undersecretariat for Higher Education,
General Management of University Higher Education, PRODEP-

Guachimontones is a prehispanic archaeological
site near the Mexican town ofTeuchitlán in the state
