EXPERIENCED EXECUTIVE COACHES CASE STUDY SIG
June 12, 2014
6:00 - 6:50pm
If you are an Executive Coach who wants to grow your skills and
bounce ideas around with other Executive Coaches, then this group
is for you!
Topic for June: Emergenetics Assessment Profile
Do you find yourself exhausted after an 8-hour day at work, but not
after a 10-hour day?
Why do some colleagues hear you better than others?
Why do some colleagues speak up at meetings more than others,
even when the quieter ones have useful information to share?
Join Erin Peereboom at the Executive Coaching SIG on June 12 to
learn more about Denver-based company, Emergenetics. The
Emergenetics Profile is a unique tool that provides a clear window
into the way you think and behave. Formulated by Denver native,
Geil Browning, Ph.D. and Wendell Williams, Ph.D. in 1991, the
Profile is built on years of work focused on personality and the
brain. Based on a split-brain model, the Profile is focused on four
different thinking attributes that compose a left- and right-brain
concept. Additionally, the Profile measures three behavioral
attributes.
How does Emergenetics work for you and your business?
What kind of results will you see with this tool?
• The ability for people to value their strengths and understand
more about themselves…which means increased employee morale
and higher productivity.
• The ability for a group of people to understand more about each
person and the group as a whole…which equates to stronger, more
effective teams and work groups.
• The ability for an organization to capitalize on a collaborative
workforce…which creates cognitively diverse and results-oriented
teams.
• The ability to provide real, meaningful dialogue and information
about the way a person works and goes about their work…which
translates to a better platform to capitalize on employee strengths.

  • 5. EXPERIENCED EXECUTIVE COACHES CASE STUDY SIG June 12, 2014 6:00 - 6:50pm If you are an Executive Coach who wants to grow your skills and bounce ideas around with other Executive Coaches, then this group is for you! Topic for June: Emergenetics Assessment Profile Do you find yourself exhausted after an 8-hour day at work, but not after a 10-hour day? Why do some colleagues hear you better than others? Why do some colleagues speak up at meetings more than others, even when the quieter ones have useful information to share? Join Erin Peereboom at the Executive Coaching SIG on June 12 to learn more about Denver-based company, Emergenetics. The Emergenetics Profile is a unique tool that provides a clear window into the way you think and behave. Formulated by Denver native, Geil Browning, Ph.D. and Wendell Williams, Ph.D. in 1991, the Profile is built on years of work focused on personality and the brain. Based on a split-brain model, the Profile is focused on four different thinking attributes that compose a left- and right-brain concept. Additionally, the Profile measures three behavioral attributes. How does Emergenetics work for you and your business? What kind of results will you see with this tool? • The ability for people to value their strengths and understand more about themselves…which means increased employee morale and higher productivity. • The ability for a group of people to understand more about each person and the group as a whole…which equates to stronger, more effective teams and work groups. • The ability for an organization to capitalize on a collaborative workforce…which creates cognitively diverse and results-oriented teams. • The ability to provide real, meaningful dialogue and information about the way a person works and goes about their work…which translates to a better platform to capitalize on employee strengths.
