Middle East Sports Event Summit, held under the
Official Patronage Of H.H. Sheikh Ahmed Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid
Al Maktoum, President of the UAE National Olympic Committee
and President of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Creative
Sports Award and supported by Dubai Sports Council. The Middle
East is part of the second largest sports market in the world, worth
an estimated USD $45 billion, playing host to many of the world’s
largest sporting and leisure events, and is a key economic driver. This
year’s Summit will focus on practical knowledge to apply global best
practices of sports event management to the Middle East.
