The document summarizes achievements from 2015 to March 2018 of a project funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to optimize productivity and resilience of dairy cattle in tropical areas. Over 6,600 animals were sampled, 183,000 data points were collected on cows, and 77,060 inseminations were undertaken and captured in a platform. The project enrolled 42,983 households and registered 66,124 animals, with 2.2 million SMS sent to farmers to date.
