m After completion of integrated course BOARD
oriented students & COMPETITION oriented
students will be taught separately.
m After 3 months for completed syllabus our system
conducts shuffling test, through which we
separately teach high & middle merit students to
full-fill their individual benefits for their
distinguished goal.
m After shuffling of batch HODs will take classes &
doubts of star batches.
m Prize distribution / felicitation program will be
celebrated at centre for 1st five students who will
qualify above 80% marks in mega test / test
series.
11. REFUND
POLICY
m No Refund of registration (it is one day demo fee of IOTA
CAREER ACADEMY LLP) & It is marketing activity that
company pay in advance to vendors for pamphlet
distribution, printing etc.).
m Admission fee is non-refundable (it is branding charge
that company pay in advance to branding vendors for
Hoarding, Kiosk, GoogleAdv., NewspaperAdv. etc).
m Only tuition fee will be refunded as per policy of IOTA
CAREERACADEMY, LLP.
(a) Before the session start 100% tuition fee will be
refunded.
(b) Within - 15 days start of session 70% tuition fee will
be refunded.
(c) Within - 30 days start of session 40% tuition fee will
be refunded.
m After 30 days start of session will be no refund of tuition
fee.
m IOTA CAREER ACADEMY LLP is eligible to collect
required documents from the residence of respected
parent to show the result or etc.
m No Refund for short term courses like : Crash Course,
Test Series, DLP (Distance Learning Program)
etc.
m IOTACAREERACADEMY LLP, has right to publish result
of enrolled older & new student’s for advertisement
purposes without any further permission from student or
parent. Result of student in any circumstance is under
company asset.
ADMISSION CRITERIA
m Oral test by IOTA faculty team (Online / Offline). After
registration of Rupees 6,490/- (Refundable or adjustable
in fee).
m 100% refund of registration amount is applicable without
any clause, if student does not qualify live screening test
by team of IOTA.
m Scholarship amount of the student will be decided by
faculty panel after screening test & same will be informed
within 2 days.
m If decided fee by the panel is beyond the reach of parent
then refund of Rs. 6,490 /- will be done & registration of
student will be cancelled within 3 days.
m Seat lock in period is 3 working days after that
registration fee is non-refundable.
m 5% additional scholarship benefit will be given to the
student fee if parent wish to pay complete fee in 1
installment.
m If complete fee in 1 installment is not in the reach of parent
then parent can pay fee in 10 monthly installments with
0% rate of interest as our company is in tie-up with a
finance company for the same.
m If parent avail installment policy for his/her child from the
0% finance policy then child will not be eligible for refund
under the refund policy of IOTA CAREER ACADEMY
LLP.

with any member of our
organization then admission
will be cancelled & refund
policy will not be applicable in
that case.
