Yield To Maturity: This is the annualized rate of return
received from the bond at maturity.
Total Coupon Cash Flow: This is the total cash flow
from the bond during its remaining life.
Net Present Value: Using the discount rate chosen, this
is the sum of the discounted future cash flows from the
bond investment. The beginning cash flow is the
"Market Value", the middle cash flows are the coupon,
and the final cash flow is the principal repayment of
the bond at maturity or "Par Value."

Coupon: The coupon paid by the bond each year
Straight Line Amortized Value: Bond values fluctuate
with market prices, but in order to determine a value
for the bond each year, the value is predetermined to
amortize equally each year. This means its value
moves equally each year by the distance between the
market value and par value divided by the years to
maturity.
