acquire industry-leading companies with sustainable

Justin Youngjin Ko is the CFO, CEO, and President of Truline Holdings and
Development Group (Truline Group). Mr. Ko is a seasoned venture capitalist and
management expert with vast exposure in the construction and manufacturing
industries. And Representative in the Philippines of the Investment Group of largest
investment in the Korea. Mr. Ko holds a BA in Business Management from Hanyang
University. Justin Ko was also involved in improving Boracay's water quality, which
was a 2017 DENR project in the Philippines. In order to resolve Food Waste, the
company is currently marketing the Food Waste Plan to the Philippines, and is
focusing on Infrastructure projects and Renewable energy projects and Merger &
Acquisition investments with follow the management and maintenances of
administration.
Recently, Truline's Certificated FDA Philippine for the high-quality Sugentech brand IgM-IgG and
Antigen-rapid testing kit of products from Korea for Covid 19 of global pandemic.
