- Using Ideolve, you can create workspaces and notes to capture Ideas and Information. You can give the note a subject, organize the content by inserting tables, insert hyperlinks for quick reference or attach files related to the note.
- Attaching hashtags (#) helps classify the content for easier search.
- You can share a note with people in your workspace or outside. Sharing a note allows people to collaborate by posting comments on the notes shared. A comment can (like the note) contain text, hyperlinks, attachments etc.
- It is easy to collaborate. Just add a comment and mention @user name to send an email alert to that particular user.
- Publish Ideolve note links to other office productivity software such as the CRM or project management to help establish the context for all the stake holders.
- Get real time updates on notes in the active workspace or browse through the notifications and mentions.
- Search for specific notes using @username or #tags. Enter the search strings to search within the note and associated comments
- Use the Ideolve mobile app, available on the App Store and Google Play to capture ideas, images, videos and other information on the go. Share content with other mobile apps. Upload the information to the Ideolve servers to collaborate using the Ideolve desktop app. Use the mobile app to browse through the uploaded content.
