Initially, the ECM tool provider was providing the neces-
sary vendor consultants for this implementation
To meet the project aggressive deadline and battle
budget restrictions, it was critical for the senior manage-
ment to immediately identify quality resources at a much
competitive prices than the incumbent vendor.
Since this was a “Niche” skillset, it was becoming difficult
to find quality resources at a competitive price for this
position.
Our customer was in midst of an Enterprise Content Man-
agement – SDL Tridion implementation for their flag ship
website
This implementation was a collaborative project among
CMO, IT dept. and the Business Unit teams on a mission to
deliver a new world-class website
The end user experience was designed to be personalized
and engaging, bringing to life company’s brand and market
leading products and services
The vision for the new website was to provide the company
capabilities to grow business, improve customer relation-
ships, generate leads, and convert visitors to customers.
The customer wanted to explore better options to mitigate
their business challenges and decided to engage Idexcel for
their ECM implementation. Working with the senior man-
agement of client’s delivery team, We were able to clearly
identify the required skillset for the end to end implemen-
tation. Once the requirements elicitation phase was com-
plete, we were able to delivery talented professionals at a
cost effective price to help our client successfully roll out
the ECM implementation. The client had a total cost
savings of around 60% without losing the quality of work
and successfully met the project deadline.
