Emails are the main communication channel used by employees in the workplace. Since their inception, messaging software solutions have not evolved much and no adequate professional email solution exists. Worse still, if one compares professional and personal messaging solutions, few significant differences emerge, except license prices. In a report from CRS (Corporate Social Responsibility), a quantitative study of 2000 employees of a major bank concluded the following about emails: • Emails generate a communication overload because of the large volume of messages that employees receive but do not have time to process (or that are not even meant for them!) • A cognitive overload results from the increasingly important task of sorting emails Moreover, we argue that email processing follow-up can also be a problem and a source of stress. Although emails are a fast, direct and easy-to-use communication channel, they have become a source of stress and anxiety for users. And what can even be said about the option to mark a message as “read” or “unread”? It can have negative consequences. How many times have you forgotten to respond to an email because you marked it as “read”? If every email that is assumed to be “read” had indeed been processed, people would know. However, this concept generates more problems than solutions. The purpose of this presentation is to show you how IMAIL tackles this problem while taking into account all the needs of today’s businesses. Website : http://www.imail.solutions/en
