INTRODUCTION
The school designs and refines rules to
guide students behavior in their
learning and interaction. Students are
expected to comply with the rules and
uphold the ALMACEN-TORREVILLAS
NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL students’
qualities.

1. Good Conduct
a. Students will be polite and courteous
at all times. They are encou-raged to
greet all school staff and visitors
when they meet them.
b. Students will maintain proper behavior
to upkeep the good image of
themselves and the school at all times.

PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT THE LEARNER CANNOT BE
OFFICIALLY PROMOTED TO A HIGHER GRADE LEVEL OR BE
RECOGNIZED FOR ACADEMIC HONORS AND THE SCHOOL
SHALL NOT RELEASE OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS. ADVISERS ARE
REQUESTED TO ENSURE PARENTS HAVE SIGNED THE
AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING.

FOR the OLD (CONTINUING) STUDENTS:
REPORT CARD
Students with NO NSO/PSA copy of birth of
the previous is REQUIRED to submit during
the early part of the School Year for validation
and verification of the personal information of
the student vis-a-vis his/her schoolofficial
record.
1. Wearing of face masks is mandatory and it
should be worn properly at all times when
inside the premises of the school
2. Follow the healthy protocols upon entering
the school
a. Washing of hands upon entrance at the
handwashing facility
b. Checking of body temperature
c. Filling out of Health Declaration Form
3. If the student, or any visitor, who is
NOT feeling well, DO NOT come to
school. STAY at HOME.
4. EVERYONE is HIGHLY
ENCOURAGED to observe
PHYSICAL DISTANCING at all times
To accommodate the number of students inside the
campus, the school will adopt the shifting method
but apply the 5-day IN-PERSON classes.

For this School Year, the total number
of school days is 203 days. Student’s
attendance is checked daily since we
are adopting the 5-day in person
classes.
Old/Continuing Students (Grade 12):
• Wear the school uniform and ID.
If the school uniform is not available, the foll
owing are the only allowed inside the campus:
* White (plain or with print) t-shirt, polo
shirt, blouse
* Jeans (white, black, blue, dark-colored)
* Closed shoes (rubber, sneakers, doll
shoes)
Incoming Grades 11 and Transferees:
Wear the following:

2.Provision of safe and adequate water supply;
3.Provision of toilet, handwashing, and
drainage facilities;

(including the elimination of breeding grounds for
mosquitoes that carry the dengue virus) and

The Philippines’ current literacy rate is high but the
World Vision Development Foundation and the Department
of Education say no Filipino should be left behind in terms
of reading and comprehension especially at this time.
Brigada Pagbasa is a movement that also seeks to who can
read and improve their comprehension. It is an offshoot of
Brigada Eskwela — an annual schools maintenance activity initiated by DepEd
and done nationwide with the help of
various sectors and individuals who volunteer to do the work, including repairs
and cleanup.

In line with this, PARENTS, HOME
TUTORS AND LEARNING
FACILITATORS are hereby
REQUIRED to assist student read
at NIGHT, at HOME.
Parents and students are REQUIRED
to MAINTAIN A VEGETABLE GARDEN at
HOME to ensure that learners are
eating nutritious food.
School’s SUGBUSOG Program will also
be evaluated. Students and parents will
be requested to bring seedlings,
manure, soil, etc. for this.
WAIVER/AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING
Without the transfer credentials of my child I fully understand that:
1. My child is only temporarily enrolled.
2. My child cannot be officially promoted to a higher grade level.
3. My child cannot officially graduate from this school.
4. Should my child attain the qualifying average and other criteria for ac
ademic honors, he/she will not be recognized.
