• Food grade, poly-propylene buckets. Approx Volume of the
bucket 2.6 litres.
• The downtime for bucket removal & refitting is hardly 10
seconds: this allows fast changeover of buckets.
• Special alignment of bucket at in-feed point.
• OUT-FEED / dump controlled by specially designed
mechanical parts.
• Control circuit is in 24 VDC for safety

• In-built system for dry cleaning of buckets: air knife

Bulk Bag Discharger
A number of product handled in bulk bags are of fine, powdery and invasive nature and total
containment during unloading is necessary to prevent contamination of the local atmosphere
and health and where the product is volatile, toxic or presents and explosion risk.
BULK BAG DISCHARGER

Discharging by Volume
• The Bulk Bag is easily controlled by means of an integral
conveyor directly coupled to the base of the discharger.
This type of conveyor can be used to accurately transfer
Bag contents to your process vessel in an enclosed and
controlled manner.
Discharging by weight
• By means of the bag support dish mounted on load cells.
The enables highly accurate weighing of products as it is
discharged from the bag. If necessary the integral transfer
conveyor can also be suspended from the weigh frame as
shown opposite, to provide a totally self-contained dis-
charge and loss-weight dispensing unit.
Discharging By Single Trip Bag
• Single trip bulk bags, are widely used plant environments
for low value or hazardous products and therefore requires
a dust-free and controlled emptying method. Which have
no bottom spout, without wastage or spillage, even those
containing poor flowing products, using various discharge
aids suit the application.
