L’ AUTOMOTIVE è il settore manifatturiero più esigente in

produttivo. Mosa è certificata ISO/TS 16949 dal 2006. Oggi
fornisce i principali costruttori di automobili europei con un
volume produttivo in costante crescita (oltre 16 milioni di
pezzi all’ anno). L’ offerta congiunta di stampo e produzione
del particolare permette di ottimizzare l’investimento. Il reparto
produttivo è dotato di alimentatori automatici con svolgitori e
raddrizzatori, stampi a blocco, progressivi e a transfer ed isole
robotizzate.

sector for quality, precision and production process
management capacity. Mosa is ISO/TS 16949 certified
since 2006.The team is a supplier for the European principal
car manufacturers, with a production volume increasing

6. Mosa ha una consolidata esperienza nel settore
dell’ELETTRODOMESTICO. Mosa è in grado di produrre
particolari metallici su media e grande serie. Si occupa di tutto
il processo: dalla materia prima alla finitura dei componenti,
l’imballaggio e la logistica. Realizza processi flessibili in grado
di accessoriare e personalizzare il componente stampato. Con
l’inserimento di perni, viti, dadi e l’applicazione di guarnizioni
o isolamenti, dà origine a semilavorati in grado di alimentare
direttamente la linea produttiva. Il servizio è completo perché
comprende anche la progettazione degli stampi e la loro
costruzione all’interno dell’attrezzeria dedicata.

Mosa has gained a well consolidated experience on the
APPLIANCES sector. The team can produce metallic parts on
a medium and large volume scale, it takes care of every single
step of the process: from the raw material to the finishing of
the component, packaging and logistics. It creates flexible
processes able to customize and accessorise the stamped
part. By using pins, screws, nuts, sealers and insulators, the
semi-finished automatically feed the production line. The
service is complete because it includes the design of the dies
and their manufacture inside the workshop.

ulteriore ambito di comprovata esperienza tecnologica e
produttiva. Nel mondo delle caldaie Mosa può supportare il
costruttore nella fabbricazione dei particolari principali della
struttura metallica e funzionale, inclusi isolamenti, guarnizioni,
tappi, rivetti. Di recente è stato sviluppato un pannello per
la climatizzazione radiante che ha potuto in questo modo
avvantaggiarsi per i limitati spessori di ingombro. Se qualcosa

For Mosa team, the AIR CONDITIONING sector represents
another aknowledged and proven competence field.
Concerning boilers, Mosa can support and guide the
manufacturer on the production of the main parts of the
metal frame, including insulations, gaskets, plugs and
rivets. It has been recently developed a radiating panel
that has taken benefits from the small thickness and
therefore small size. Anything you want to add to the die,
with Mosa team, it can be done.

to the delivery schedules that the market demands,
Mosa has made an autonomous workshop able to
design, build, modify and maintain the dies of the
production department. The collaboration between
production and workshop guarantees competence
and knowledge of the production and quality main
issues. Problems are anticipated and solved by
means of the experience gained through every new
project carried out. The production department
priority is to avoid machines stops and to guarantee
punctuality on deliveries.
