3. Introduction
 Due user friendly nature of android app, there is dire need to develop
such app for online ordering of food from home.
 The application ‘QUICK FOOD’ is designed keep in mind the difficulties
faced in ordering. Now a days, the restaurant ordering system is manual.
This application will take place of manual system and the customer place
its order by self instead of waiter place the order manually.

4. Android Operating System
 Android OS is the most popular operating system for hand held devices.
 The range of devices running Android is increasing day by day.
 Now Android OS even supports wearables such as smart watches, Google
Glass and automobiles system. The first commercial version of Android OS (API
1.0) was released in September 23, 2008.
 The most recent Android Update is Android 8.0 “Oreo” which was released in
August 21, 2017.

The challenges encountered by the existing system serve as a major
drawback to the realization of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

7. Proposed System
 Provide an admin panel to manage and update the orders.
 Remote access to the users to place order.
 User can edit order until he place the order.
 Customer have access to give feedback.

 Developing an App that competes with today’s emerging trend of smart
phone app for performing the functionality.
 Providing user with an interactive and clear interface.

 Provide online menu within app.
 Developing an android app which will provide good user experience.

 This system provides online ordering of food. It provides different varieties
of Food.
 In menu Section the variety of food items is available for customers by
which they can select the required food items and its different types.
 Customer can choose one or more items to place an order which will add
to Cart
