Developed and disseminated uniform
reporting template to 1170 schools for 100%
accuracy and easy access data that will help
the LGU, NGO and DepEd Offices to give
support to the affected and displaced
learners to get back in school
W1
SDO Iloilo conducted a close
monitoring in submission of reports
yet 15% of schools were not able to
submit report on time which
resulted to the delayed giving of
assistance to the affected and
displaced learners that hamper the
learners in going back to school
O1
If NGO and LGU will provide financial
assistance (Feeding Program, Learners
Kit, Adopt-a-child) then it will improve
the overall well-being of the affected and
displaced learners (physical, emotional,
mental and spiritual) to go back to
school
T1
If the whole province will be affected
by calamity and be devastated it will
result to the delayed response to the
needs of affected and displaced
learners because of the prioritization
of the government that will lead to the
absences of learners in school
S2
The Schools Division created PFA Providers’
Teams (1 core team and 5 sub group (1 in
each congressional district)) to give
immediate response in the psychological
needs of the affected and displaced learners
which aid in the retainment of learners in
school
W2 O2
Bayanihan system is in the heart of
every Filipino, with this cultural value
that is being internalized most Filipinos
will give assistance (in kind or in cash)
to school resulted to the coming back of

SO 4.9 To achieve 1170 out of 1170 Schools’ with 100% learners equipped with capacities on what to do before, during, and after a disaster/emergency by 2028
S1 Conducted Quarterly Advocacy of Division
DRRM Coordinator which resulted to
1170/1170 schools participation in the
Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill
and capacitated learners on what to do
before, during and after
disaster/emergency
W1 Insufficient fund to support
Programs and Project of DRRM
in the District and School level
which resulted to minimal
implementation of the DRRM
programs and projects especially
in capacitating the learners
O1 If parents, stakeholders and
community will be fully capacitated
on the proper conduct of NSED,
then there will be a 100%
involvement and participation of the
learners and stakeholders during the
conduct of the multi-hazard drills
T1 If there will be a resurgence of
Covid-19 cases, then there will be
low participation of learners in the
conduct of Multi-hazard Drills due
to the strict compliance adhering
the minimum health standard
protocols
S2 SDO Iloilo initiated Batang Empowered
and Resilient Team (BERT) to 1170 out of
1170 schools which helps capacitated
learners on what to do before, during and
after a disaster

through the Municipal DRRM Office
then there will be funding for the
Roll-out of the Batang Empowered

level that will help in capacitating
learners on what to do before,

instructional classrooms needs
major repair which resulted to 30%
utilization of school MOOE to
classroom repairs

will allocate portion of SEF for the
construction of resilient type buildings,
then learners will have a conducive
and safe learning environment.

administration in the province and
the DRRM personnel will be
