Appraisal
Initially ordered during the
first week of the contract
phase, after your intent to
proceed is received.
Processing
You are now in the
processing stage! Processor
completes all updated
information, verifications for
credit, employment & assets.
Appraisal Report
You will receive a copy of
your appraisal report via
email within 3 days of
receipt.

You and your attorney are
notified that your file is “clear
to close.” A closing date and
time will be scheduled via
both party’s counsel.
Title Report
This will be provided from
the Seller’s Attorney for
review and clearance from
underwriting.
Commitment
Submit all outstanding
required conditions stated in
the approval letter for final
clearance by the lender.
Contract
Work with your Real Estate
Attorney to review and sign
the contract on your home.
Don’t
• Don’t apply for ANY new credit.
• Don’t close existing credit card accounts.
• Don’t buy anything that will increase your
debt level
Do
• Stay current on existing accounts. Late payments
could cancel your commitment
• Continue to use your credit as you normally
would, however, do no increase your debt.
• Call your Mortgage Banker for advice before
engaging in any transaction in question
