on the Watchlist for various issues
• Review and track property inspections that are found to have Deferred maintenance issues
and ensure that the borrower completes the issues to the lender’s standards per the loan

• Field, research, track, and respond directly to Rating Agency Requests which include Press
Releases in a timely manner with being sure to abide by 17-G5 Guidelines.
• Conduct data analysis of borrower/property performance based on market information, rent
rolls, financial statements, and report information concerning the commercial real estate

• Researching, analyzing, and preparing the Monthly Watch lists, ensuring they are up to the

stakeholders
• Perform review of financial data for DSCR Trigger Tests and interact with Asset Managers to
resolve or escalate failed tests

Commercial Mortgage Asset Manager (CMS) | June 2011 – July 2013
• Manage a portfolio of over 480 commercial loans with a combined UPB of over $232 million
• Review and track property inspections that are found to have Major/Life Safety Deferred
maintenance issues and ensure that the borrower completes the issues to the lender standards
• Perform related duties as assigned or required, including inquiries on reserve/loss draft
requests, analyzing quarterly and year-end financials. insurance and tax disbursements, and
