TEAM BUILDING Team building is the process of creating a group of individuals who work together effectively and cohesively towards achieving a common goal. It involves activities and strategies that enhance communication, trust, respect, and cooperation among team members. DEFINITION OF TEAM BUILDING Team building is the process of improving team dynamics through activities and strategies that enhance communication, collaboration, and trust among team members.
