Project Estimator Primarily responsible for the daily management,
supervision, coordination and successful completion of the
preconstruction phase of a multitude of diverse projects.
Duties include complete estimate preparation,
subcontractor and supplier solicitation, take off software
including earthwork cut/fill software, preconstruction and
construction scheduling, bid day assignments to other
estimators and overall coordination and management of bid
day activities.
Estimating experience includes design-build, hard bid and negotiated projects. Communicated to
owners, clients, and architects construction costs, general conditions, and fee and indirect costs.
Review Contracts and subcontracts with Senior Estimators and Chief Estimator. Duties also
include presentations for new work.
